I wanted to gift someone a customized tumbler with their badge, title and name and all I had was an low quality color email signature. Thin Line was able to clean up the image to black and white to be able to engrave and it came out flawless. I will definitely shop again with them.

I was very moved by the care, concern, and compassion extended by Thin Line Crafts. My order had an issue because I did not enter all required information for the engraving. Hence, I got a personal email asking about my preferences. When I explained my circumstances, the outpouring of love and concern was palpable. When my product arrived (in a very timely fashion) a personal hand-written note of condolences was added to the invoice.
