I was very moved by the care, concern, and compassion extended by Thin Line Crafts. My order had an issue because I did not enter all required information for the engraving. Hence, I got a personal email asking about my preferences. When I explained my circumstances, the outpouring of love and concern was palpable. When my product arrived (in a very timely fashion) a personal hand-written note of condolences was added to the invoice.
